Talk to Yami at the Game Parlor

Overview

Talk to Yami at the Game Parlor is a sub mission in Dave the Diver. As an additional reward for finding the runaway seahorses, Linchen tells Dave to talk to Yami the seahorse racecourse manager beside them to receive a racing seahorse of his own. Yami says he'll give a nice strong one as a gift, giving Dave a Jayakar's Seahorse found in the Shallows. This unlocks the Seahorse Racing feature and goes through a tutorial on registering seahorses and running a starter race. Jaykar's Seahorse is actually one of the worst possible seahorses available. If it cannot win its first race, which is already unlikely, it will be too fatigued to ever win another race on the same day.
