Restaurant party-night menu planner

Party nights are where restaurant revenue spikes, but only when the menu is prepared before the event. Build the menu around ingredients that can be farmed, dispatched, or repeatedly caught instead of chasing one-off luxury dishes.

  • Treat each party as a stockpile deadline: prepare ingredients before the night starts.
  • Keep one upgraded fallback dish for normal business so party prep does not empty the entire kitchen.
  • Use dispatch and farms to cover vegetables, seasonings, and repeat fish before spending dives on random catches.

Plan from supply, not from the highest price

The highest listed dish is not always the best party dish. A lower-price dish that can be enhanced and served consistently will outperform a rare dish that runs out halfway through the night.

  • Pick dishes whose core fish already exist in the farm or repeat routes.
  • Check vegetable and seasoning bottlenecks before enhancing.
  • Keep the menu narrow so the restaurant does not split demand across weak dishes.

A low-maintenance party workflow

Use the same repeatable checklist for every event: identify the theme, confirm the dish group, stock ingredients, enhance only the dishes that can survive the night, and reset the fallback menu after the event.
